Hello, I’m Charisa Chen, founder of Journey Music & Therapy.
I’m a certified Music Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals of all ages express themselves, connect, and grow through music. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adults, and seniors across different stages of life each with their own unique needs and journeys.
My approach is gentle, personalized and collaborative. I believe every individual deserves a safe space to explore, express, and progress at their own pace. Through music, I aim to support not just development, but confidence, connection, and overall well-being.
