Group Session
At Journey Music Therapy, we partner with hospitals, schools, therapy clinics, and community organisations to provide group music therapy sessions. Our group sessions are small and supportive, creating an intimate space where each participant feels seen, valued, and understood. Through fun, structured, and evidence-based musical experiences—such as drumming, singing, and creative improvisation—we help individuals build social skills, strengthen self-awareness, support emotional well-being, and explore self-expression in therapeutic and musical ways.
