Individual Session
At Journey Music Therapy, we offer one-on-one music therapy sessions tailored to each child or adult’s unique strengths and needs. Led by a qualified Music Therapist, these sessions use music to support communication, emotional regulation, social skills, motor development, and overall well-being. Every session is personalised, creating a safe and encouraging space where clients can grow, express themselves, and thrive.
