Adapted Music Lesson
Journey Music & Therapy offers adapted music lessons for children and young people with learning needs such as autism or ADHD. These lessons are designed to be flexible, supportive, and paced according to each learner's needs and strengths - different from traditional music lessons.
In these sessions, students explore instruments, rhythm, and musical creativity while developing musical skills in a positive and encouraging environment. Unlike music therapy, which focuses on therapeutic goals, adapted music lessons focus on learning music, building confidence, and enjoying the process of making music in a way that feels accessible and rewarding.

Who Can Benefit?
